A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of the required deposit or full payment in British Pounds (GBP) as specified. Bookings for events in England, Scotland, and Wales are processed from our London base.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in your booking agreement. Prices include delivery and collection within standard service areas in Great Britain, unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations or areas outside our standard service coverage in England, Scotland, or Wales.
Payment terms will be specified in your booking agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the delivery date. We accept various payment methods as specified in your agreement.

You are responsible for the care and proper use of all hired furniture and décor items during the rental period. Items must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided.
You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of hired items during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be based on the current replacement value of the items. Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable.
